Our Dine-In Policies:

For Your Safety and Ours, We Strictly Observe Social Distancing In compliance with State of Illinois and City of Chicago Guidelines for Restaurant Dine-In:

  • Please wash your hands immediately upon entering the building.

  • Proper attire is required, we are a family-friendly restaurant.

  • Please respect a minimum of 6-ft distance from other guests and our staff.

  • You will be offered seating only if your entire party is present.

  • Quoted wait times are approximate.

  • Out of respect for other diners, please limit your dining time to less than 2 hours per guest/table.

  • Please advise your server before you go to the buffet.

  • Disposable plates and cutlery available upon request.

  • Additional Charge for Carry-Out of Any Items from Buffet

  • At Pearl’s Place Tipping Is Expected/Required. If you have any concerns,

    or praises about your server’s performance, please do not hesitate to talk to a manager.

  • Please do not hesitate to ask for a Manager to assist you at any time.

  • Pearl's Place is a BYOB establishment. Per the City of Chicago, we can not open or pour any alcohol.

    Pearl's Staff will reserve the right to request no service to anyone that appears to be inebriated or under the legal age for alcohol consumption.

Reservation Policies:

  • Appropriate attire is required

  • Your reservation may be held up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time

  • Set-up for your party will be based upon the guest count you provided at the time your deposit was received. You will be billed for at least this guest count, unless you contact us with changes no less than 24hrs prior to your event.

  • Your *non-refundable* deposit will be applied to the total bill.

  • Payment in full for your event is due 24hrs prior to the scheduled date.

  • You will not be seated before all members of your party arrive.

  • 20% Gratuity is customary; our Servers and their Families Are Grateful for Your Generous Tips, and look forward to serving you!

General Policies:

  • Absolutely no refunds

  • Condiments and disposable cutlery, etc. are provided upon request only

  • All catering orders are prepared timely and according to your written specifications. We cannot assure the highest quality, freshness and temperature of your order if you do not pick it up or provide accurate instructions for delivery. Please verify all details when confirming your order. Questions and changes must be requested via email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

  • Other policies may apply. Please speak to a manager if your have specific questions.

*Notice: Our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens may be present.

Consumer Advisory: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Please advise your guests with sensitive diets accordingly. Do not hesitate to discuss your dietary or allergen concerns with a Manager prior to ordering.
